It's now 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be here and I'm still waiting I got one message saying it was on its way about 45 minutes ago called the restaurant they said it's in the driver's hands
Credit Card was hacked from this site. “I” ordered hundreds of dollars of pizza out of New York. Had to cancel my card, create a claim. Such an f-ing hassle.

Would not recommend slice..we ordered a pizza sunday eve. Never received it .went to to pizza place, and the door was locked, no one around. 4 days later and 4 phone calls, no refund.

I used this app many times because of one restaurant. They were closed so we tried someplace else. The pizza was horrible and gave me food poisoning. I contacted slice right after we got it they told me they’d contact me the following day after speaking to the restaurant. After not hearing from them I contacted again, they told me I’d get a full refund. Days later when it clears I only got $7 for a $43 bill. They blamed it on the restaurant and then after I explained my disappointment with being lied to they offered me a $10 off if I order again in the next 30 days... so yea they don’t care about the customers at all!

Said it was the business. So I did another order. Was supposed to be delivered at 5:40. At 6 I called and they said there is no one to deliver and asked me to pick it up myself. They said they would give me 50% off. Will not use them again!
Promotional codes do not work. Absolutely zero customer service. They offered me a $10 credit on my account three different times and it never appeared. They kept assuring me that it would appear the next time I used the app. It never did. Very annoying. I will never use them again.
I ordered by Slice and at the end of the order was told it would be up to a 90 minute wait. So I immediately sent an email to cancel - there seemed to be no ability to text. After receiving no confirmation 30 minutes later, I called the pizzeria directly and they said that they hadn't yet received the cancellation but that my order was coming out of the oven now - not in another 60 minutes as told by the app. So I felt obliged to keep the pizza even though I had already made other plans. Then, 2 hours after I cancelled my order, I receive a text from Slice apologizing for not getting back to me and to let them know if they can do anything. Well, even if I had kept the order, this text was sent by Slice 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled delivery. Slice's service SUCKs
Placed an order on Slice for a local pizzeria. Went to pick it up and they had no record of the order. Had to wait 30 more minutes
This place is horrible. First time I used them was for a birthday party. Waited an hour and a half for order. Called to restaurant and they said they never received order. What am I suppose to tell the kids. Gave them a second chance and used them last night. Same problem 45 minutes later I get a text that they canceled order because pizza place never confirmed order. Said they will give me a $5 credit for next order. First order was over $200 and this one $70. What is $5 going to do when you have 20 hungry kids. Never use this service again.
Decided to add to my order. Customer service was SO AWESOME. So easy to order pizza. Love it...
The app is a great convenience for ordering pizza delivery in a single app from many of our local pizza places. And I know their customer service is top notch — I text chatted with an agent right in the app just last weekend, when our pizza delivery was so not-even-close-to-right that someone else musta got our tasty pie. The Slice agent called the pizzeria and got us a re-delivery - and 30 minutes later we had our hot, fresh, and happily correct pie. Nothing but good things to say about Slice.
I have used Slice dozens of times and it's always a great experience. There were two occasions where I had difficulty, however. I ordered two chicken parms but only one came. Then the same exact problem with the same exact order happened at the same pizza place. I don't blame Slice for this however as it's only at this pizza place I've had that issue. So, I think it's the pizza places problem, not Slices. And when that problem did occur Slice gave me a full refund and a 5$ credit. That shows me that Slice really does care about their users. And on the many many other times I've used Slice It's always a great experience
If Slice reads this the name of the pizza place is Fiamma in Milburn NJ. Maybe you could have a word with them so the same issue doesn't happen again.
